Desktop Publishing
Our desktop publishing service means that we can handle
all kinds of editable documents whatever
format they might be in.
InDesign, QuarkXPress, PDF, HTML, Illustrator, FrameMaker, PageMaker, Microsoft Word, etc.
We can handle your projects giving you complete peace of mind, and we?l
deliver the documents in their original format.

The Translation Team
The translation team is made up of one or more translator(s) and a proofreader. Depending on your specific needs, the team may also include a designer or editor etc.
The extra benefit that we can offer is to provide our teams with a certain amount of useful information (glossaries, translation memories, client preferences etc.).
Throughout the project, we work as the link between you and our teams.
Proofreading
Throughout the project, the translator proofreads his/her own work, and adapts the translation if necessary. This is the first stagel of control.
We think that a second stage of control is preferable, and even recommended. We will automatically offer you an extra proofread, carried out by a second translator specialising in the same subject area.
This second proofread of the translated texts always involves two phases:
- The linguistic proofread looks at the substance. This is when we check the accuracy of the translated content against the original content.
Depending on your needs and your deadline, the linguistic proofread can be:
- Full: comparison of the target/source texts, spelling and grammar check, identification of any misunderstandings or mistranslations etc.
- Light: basic spelling check
- The structural proofread deals with the style (correct layout, consistency of fonts, paragraph alignment, tables etc.)
