Our quality method and procedures

In order to give our clients a high quality service, we have developed strict and efficient working methods and procedures.

Whilst most professional translators respect certain quality regulations, we want to go one step further in our approach to quality by giving ourselves a detailed process to follow where mistakes are simply not allowed to slip in.

The European NF EN 15038 standard

Our quality control process fits in with the different elements of the European NF EN 15038 standard.

European requirements for high quality translation service providers relate to human and technical resources, quality control and project management, the contractual relationship and procedures.

This European standard, known as NF EN 15038, was developed over a period of 10 years by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and came into force on 5/8/2006.

It was designed to assess compliance and certification.
