Translation project manager

About the company

Right Ink is a young and dynamic language services company based in Mons. As part of our development, we are looking for a tri-lingual (FR-NL-EN) Project Manager.

Your role

To manage translation projects working closely with our network of translators and our clients:

• communicating in several languages
• analysing customer requests
• preparing all the files and information about the project
• choosing the translators
• sending out, monitoring, receiving and checking
• delivering to the client
• terminology management

About you

• you have a Masters in translation
• you are fluent in FR-NL-EN
• no professional experience is required, but experience in translation or in a translation project management role is an advantage
• you get on well with people
• you are organised, meticulous, thorough, cope well under pressure and are able to prioritise
• you have a sense of team spirit and plenty of initiative
• you are familiar with MS Office
• knowledge of DTP software (InDesign, QuarkXpress, etc.) and SDL Trados is an advantage
