Purposes of the processing
Right Ink collects and processes clients’ personal data for the purposes of customer management. In addition, personal data is collected via cookies in order to improve and optimise use of the website and to gather anonymous statistics.
Legal basis(es) for the processing
Personal data will be processed via the website for different legal reasons, in accordance with article 6.1 of General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. If you only use a contact form and an email address, Right Ink bases its decision on authorisation.
Storage period
The personal data processed for the purposes of customer management will be stored for as long as required to fulfil legal obligations (including for our accounts). The personal data collected via cookies is stored during the session and for longer if needed for the website to work properly. If data is kept for longer than the session, it is anonymised.
Right to access, rectify, delete, limit, object and transfer personal data
Clients have the right to access their personal data at any time. They have the right to rectify it or have it rectified if it is incorrect, have it deleted, limit its processing or object to the processing of their data on the basis of article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
